There are three main reasons for returning an item –
We sent you the wrong item
Ooops! It does happen occasionally (thank goodness!) no matter how much we double check. Let us know either by using the contact form, or by sending an email to email@example.com quoting your name and order number and tell us which strap we sent you incorrectly. We will send out the correct one with a returns lable – if you open the envelope super carefully, you should be able to re-use it.
You have a problem with the item not being what you expected.
This is probably a quality issue, or a mis-description problem. If this is the case, in the first instance, please outline your concerns on our contact form. quote your order details, and we will respond – it could be that we can resolve the issue for you.
You have ordered the wrong item.
This is easily done, and the quickest and easiest remedy is to order the correct strap, which we can usually ship straight away. We appreciate a request to return, but this is not mandatory. Return the incorrect strap at your leisure, and we will refund the item for you.
How to return
The item should be returned to our office address (below). Please include your order details (or your name and address and order number). The postage cost is a First Class Large stamp (please make sure you have the correct postage as we will not pay any excess). You may wish to use a “signed for” delivery service – this is your decision.
